. Original valid Passport with valid /updated Temporary Visitor’s Visa.

4. Original valid Police Clearance from country of origin, and an additional NBI Clearance, if the   applicant has stayed in the Philippines for over 30 days from the last date of entry.

5. Photos (8 pieces, 2″x2″).6. SRRV deposit that is inwardly remitted.7. Fees        - Processing/Service (one-time) US$1,400.00        - Principal applicant US$ 300.00        - Dependent applicant - Annual Fee of US$360.00           (For the Principal & 2 dependents)8. Marriage Certificate for joining dependent-spouse9. Birth Certificate for joining dependent-child. Additional requirements may be requested depending on the SRRV Option to be chosen by the SRRV applicant. The Medical and Police Clearances are valid up to 6 months from date of issuance. All documents issued outside of the Philippines must be translated in English, if necessary, and authenticated by the Philippine Embassy/Consular Office nearest the applicant’s residence.

 

SIRV REQUIREMENTS

Signed and notarized Deed of Undertaking (for Principal Only).4. Accomplished Personal History Statement Form.5. Original Medical Certificate.7. Birth Certificate/Family Registry/ Household Registry.8. Marriage Contract (if applicable).9. Proof of inward remittance from Development Bank of the Philippines - the minimum required investment of $75,000.10. BOI Processing fee of US$ 300 per person.11. Bureau of Immigration (BI) fee:

  • Php10,110 per person (14 years old and above).
  • Php9,360 per person (below 14 years old).
